hopefully we can get some good discussions going. each day i'll post a question for people to talk about, or some days it might not even be a discussion topic but rather just something to answer. idk i hope this will be fun and you can find commonalities with people. i'll post the questions in bold red font.
also if you have any question suggestions pm them to me !!!
Question 2: Do you have a favorite quote or something that your parents always told you growing up that has stuck with you?

i wanted to be a teacher for my entire childhood but i didn't think i could handle going thru all the schooling required to achieve that. so i ended up going to a trade school to be an administrative assistant with the original goal of just finding something to work as while i figure out what i want to do with my life and i've been working as one for over a year now and really enjoy it :-)
I want to work in sports broadcasting, it's something I did in college and I not only loved it but was actually good at it; so now I'm looking to break into it somewhere (job searching is an absolute bltch btw)
I really want to become a Dental Hygienist and Therapist (RDH+DT, NOT a Dentist), maybe take further qualifications in aesthetic and cosmetic training for allied health professionals (such as botox and dermal fillers), and work in a cute little clinic. ♡
Yes I am a nurse, despite people teasing about male nurses, I love to help people in times of hardship and what better way then to help them cope with their disease process and give them enough info to make their own health decisions? Although I love nature and animals quite a bit so I would love to get into that
Forensics[or even Clinical] psychologist and author! I know the latter seems very unrealistic in the grand scheme of things given I've always imagined writing books then converting them to screenplays for shows and movies and all that jazz, but I can settle for just publishing! Writing has just always been something I loved to do so even if I don't make a career out of it, I'll be happy and feel accomplished just for doing what I love
My career goals have jumped from wanting to be a CSI agent to a large truck driver, to even wanting to be a photographer and wasting a year at art school lmao. But after some inner-searching and being realistic I've settled on trying to become a Radiologic Technician because I find the imaging of sonograms, ultrasounds, xrays, mris, all of that to be really interesting + it ties my interest of photography into a realistic goal. Honestly I don't know much about the field yet but I'm really eager to learn; also a bit nervous though. As of now I'm really only looking into getting an Associate's in Radiology (which would probably take a year + a tad bit since I've already got a bunch of credits under my belt) but maybe if I find that the field is my niche I'll consider going further to pursue a Bachelor's or maybe a Doctorate? lol it's me we're talking about though I'm lazy af so probably not. But yeah goalz!!!!
Currently I'd like to work in the marketing/PR field. I haven't had any real experience in it, so for all I know, I could hate it. I guess I'll find out during my internship this summer D:
I am now a teacher. I didn't always want to be this, I only started becoming interested just over a year ago. I always thought I wanted to work in business from a young age (Marketing/sales) but university and the job interviews I went to killed my passion for it.
