Okay so on pokerstars you can create a club and play tournaments with people in the club and I was thinking that we can have a tournament on there. We can use play chips to play that way people dont have to spend real money but if people wanted we could have one for money too

You can top up your balance with 12,500 chips every four hours.
This option is available when confirming your buy-in as you take your seat on play money cash games, when registering yourself in a tournament or simply within the Cashier. Just look for the "Refill Play Money Chips" in these situations.
