ELLO ELLO

So back in the day when anonymous games were all the rage I got into many a game where the DanganRonpa avis were being used. Back then I had no idea what the hell they were and wrote them off as the typical weeb trash that haunts this site. Occasionally I'd hear the name "DanganRonpa" afterward and only ever connect it back to that anon deck. Then came yesterday.

The game's not weeb trash, guys. It's fantastic.

Yesterday I played it for the first time on Steam, and after work today I promptly finished the entire thing. It was nothing like I expected. Though it doesn't quite crack my top ten due to the gameplay elements lacking, the story is absolutely incredible. It has one of my new favorite big bad villians of all time, simply because he/she (to avoid spoilers) is evil just for the hell of it and it's so enjoyable to watch. I could go on, but maybe we'll just discuss it down below.

TL;DR: I love some weeb trash now, and something I first saw on EM actually meant something later in life.
