Crepes are slim sweet pancakes with lots good stuff inside. Sweet crepes are made for dessert and often have nutella or other sweet goodies, while Savory crepes often have ingrediants from meals(ranging from bacon & eggs to turkey and pesto, whatever sates your appetite.
I once went on a skip trip with a group of friends and we had a French guy with us and he made so much crepes we just ended up eating savory crepes for dinner and breakfast and made sweet crepes as dessert lol
Crepes with chopped spicy chicken (marinaded in some sweet/spicy sauce of your choice), diced tomatoes, chopped onions, jalapenos.
Basically a spicy taco, but wait there's more.
Melt a bit of butter in a pan and simmer it (don't boil it to where it starts spattering all over). Take premade "spicy crepes" and grill them on the pan, flip them over. Add Cajun/Creole seasoning to the outside of the crepe, cook some more and flip. Same on other side.
After you are done, you have an amazing, savory, spicy crepe.
