Welcome players to the small town of Twin Peaks, a place where a yellow traffic light still means "slow down" and not "speed up". However, there's always been something in the woods, and those sensitive to it can sense the owls flying at night. And those knowledgeable few can only nod their heads, as the body of Laura Palmer, a well-loved and respected teenage girl from the city, is found wrapped in plastic, in the river next to the waterfall. FBI headquarters dispatches the attractive Special Agent Dale Cooper to investigate, and another round begins in the eternal struggle between good and evil.
