You forgot the other good things that came from America. A lot of industry; A lot of jobs; A place where millions of people migrate to to live; Soldiers who have liberated many areas and are currently working on the Middle East; Some of the greatest musicans of all time; Scientific breakthroughs; Argueably the best film production industry. The list goes on :P
