The witch puts it over the top. It's a pure scum hunting setup, one that requires more than just a simple day one mislynch. Some tables will simply rush through the day one part and lynch anyone. The fact that no investigative roles can confirm PR's mean mafia has the best chance to win by cc'ing each PR in some way (in some setups, as with only the mort, mafia can claim roles and most towns would be none the wiser. Extra's setup is similar to yours, but has investigative roles and only 2 mafia. Asking a town to lynch 3 mafia with no investigative roles is too much.

In the first and second setups the witch is useless. It will do absolutely nothing. The person who is witched can only be killed by the vig, something that would have already happened. The witch also can succeed when it witches someone the BG saves, again making it either lylo or instant loss even with a correct lynch on lylo. Mafia sided. The only setup non mafia sided is the 3rd one, which should have a 50/50 ratio because the doc/bg combo is invincible. The 4th setup will nearly always be won by mafia. Learn to make a balanced setup.
