I only like it when I play it in unranked, judging from the mechanics of the role it sounds way harder to pull off in ranked where every other role is handed a task. You don't actually know for which side you'll be sided with on day 1, and the mechanics of the role are inconsistent. For example, you can start sided with the mafia, but instead of waiting 2 days to convert to a village-sided politician, you'll be a 1/2 days already on day 1. You can also fake your allignment on LYLO and get the mafia to vote with you, only to reveal that you were a spah all along and get his scum ass lynched. Same thing if you are mafia sided and want the last villager to vote incorrectly. It really is an original role and the sole alligment of a good politician can turn the tides of any game, if planned successfully.
