You have to start talking to her a lot more and hang out with her and stuff and then somehow get the conversation in that direction and then admit it and then she'll either say she likes you back or feel kind of awkward but then you have to assure her that you're cool with just being friends and you couldn't help liking her because she has an amazing personality and call her beautiful and stufff. THEN she'll start thinking about how you like her and she'll think about you more and more and voila! She'll have a crush on you. c: That or she'll be like, "Ew."
