RE: that vig 'glitch'
Is officially not a glitch, here is how the game code works.

First, the Maf attacks, so Vig dies.
Then the Vig would attack, but can't because he is dead.
Finally, the Doctor action takes place, which saves/resurrects the vig.

For someone reason this has been deemed acceptable by the majority of the community, though personally i would change the coding so that the Doctor acted first.
