The ability to switch a vote is very important, it changes the whole dynamic of the lynch. I added the part about the "bahh"s because it's funny, I'm not sure if it would really be viable in the actual role.

Everyone should be able to see the sheep icon. Every word the player types should come out as "bahhh". Town should realize that one of their number has been turned into a sheep after all.

I like the idea, but Arms has a point. I don't think she should be allowed to participate in the mafia meeting, so she might end up accidentally turning her mafbros into sheep. That should hopefully balance it out.

Or make it that only blues can be turned into sheep. That'd avoid PRs being transformed.

I really love the concept, would like to it work.

I'm pondering whether or not the player should have a sheep icon (visible to self and sorceress) during the day, or maybe a "You were transformed into a sheep! You sense your will slipping away." Otherwise the sorceress could be influencing a lot of hammers.
