Yes, but we can say he can't make a gun during the night if hooked/drunked. It's mostly for balance anyway.

What I'm trying to say is, if there's no gunshots during the day done yet, obviously mafia wouldn't cc. It's like trying to cc oracle or something. It usually doesn't end well. But you can kill it during the night, and it's only one time use plus hookers can hook, so.
The original plan was to have it reveal the Sheriff, would that be better?

Just say who you are going to shoot before you do it and they lynch the idiot who counter claims you or if he counter claims you before you shoot then you just shot him.
