no. assassin is a name for a role that kills regardless of protection abilities [doc/bg/bp] and should be used exclusively for that
sniper might work for a mafia dayvig but itd be gimmicky and only work in a few setups anyway

I like Sheriff, but I'm fine with Sniper as well. I just think that Snipers are considered to be more bad-natured than a Sheriff though. Day Mafia should be Sniper or Assassin.

Gunsmith is dumb, honestly. Most forum mafia have Day Vigils, not roles handing out Day Vigils. Gunsmith was never a good idea, and is only Funsmith in Sandbox. Then again, so is Sheriff.

I like the idea, but I think it should be only one gun shot as it could be too OP imo. The idea for reverting into a blue is a good idea though, instead of just dying.

How about this, if sheriff shoots village he loses his badge and has to turn in his guns and outfit and turns into a blue and becomes revealed. If he shoots mafia welp... he can still shoot again. When he shoots it should say "The Sheriff has fired a round into ____"
