The thing I like about this role is how it makes fun of real politicians. Like, the politician switches alignments every day, much like how a real politician can't make up his mind.
Politicians can't be "popped". Their vote just counts twice. Thus, if everyone votes themselves, the politician can hammer on "no one" and force an NL, or just vote someone who is against his current alignment. Lol.
It can't. What you used last game is called 'logic'. Most players here never heard of it, so i'm not surprised. Anyway, politician vote counted twice while everyone else counted once, thus he got lynched, not poped.
both the description for this and gallis need to include the popping element. i did not even know politician could be popped until the last game i played.
karming it simply because im the one who suggested this role. my suggestion was based on a role from a version of IRC maf i used to play. ofcourse that version had some differences too it was called mayor and it was cummulitative meaning some one was mayor AND something else; because of that it wasnt about changing sides randomly but whichever role you where plus being mayor. i guess that this role didnt work too well here because EM and that other IRC maf has alot of different rules so as such that role had too change. never the less i like role becouse like bettie and and maston said playing as this role there is an amount of randomness to it, making it less predictable and to be effective with it you have to use wifom and try to play both sides to win; sort of like a real politician :P
