  • Visits one person a night and gives them a pair of handcuffs or a key (both appear as an item).
  • Players with a pair of handcuff cannot visit anyone at night. Handcuffs can only be removed if the player is given a key.
  • The Dominatrix does not participate in mafia meetings.

Maybe the Dominatrix will give them the key if they are actually mafia-sided. Dominatrix doesn't share a meeting with mafia, so they may actually handcuff a partner by mistake.
