It's only one person, not an entire group, so it would not apply to them. Maybe the mason/cult/zombies could get a double vote.
Also, like Loganz stated, Chef is a day action so it would not apply to them.

This has been suggested already, and chef doesn't have a night action. His action is during the day.

What happens with no action roles? Or a mason group? Do all members get double vote? Also, what happens with Chef? Does he put 4 people into a meeting or 2 two person meetings?
