That's why he is forced to censor, so it can be as if there's a tree and it makes mylo/lylo at an earlier point.

Not attending meetings means that he isn't a killing role and that he can't co-ordinate actions with the other mafia so well, especially if whispers are disabled.

If he can't choose mafia partners he would know who they were anyway. So making him not attend mafia meetings seems a little redundant
