  • -Whomever the cat visits, person will have a false report (sane cop will get guilty on a townie), all items held by that holder will malfunction and not work, and any protection sent to that person will also fail.
  • -Shows up as mysterious to all cops.
  • -Wins if alive at the end of game.

I agree entirely with what Guilty said, it's always awkward to have decent win conditions for third parties.

The role isn't half-bad (a role that "reverses" other roles has been suggested multiple times, and I still think it's a good idea), but the win condition is pretty boring.
