This is legit. This can work out. Btw you should make it that he is played in a must lynch setup(like you suggested) or else no lynching might break the game. And there should be 1 more mafia role that is unware who War demon and minion are but wins with them. Said role should be able to kill.

If players try and force NL when there are 3 towns and the War Demon and his 2 minions left, it should be an instant GT violation. I also recommend that the War Demon features in 'Must Lynch' setups.

That would make the War Demon practically useless DeadmanWonderland, he needs some endearing qualities, or else people will sigh when they roll this role.
