When Don dies you win; When judge dies you lose (if all traitors are alive), simply. It doesn't matter if you are town or not, you should avoid claiming unless you have to. Getting correct reads on other people is the key to winning. If you are being lynched, remember that don doesn't know who the traitors are so you can make him override the lynch if you convince him you are a traitor.

When don overrides the lynch:
If traitor's lynched => Don is extremely punished
If virgin is lynched => Don is a highly punished
If civilian's lynched => Don is highly rewarded
If judge is lynched => Don is extremely rewarded

at the start of the day everyone claims town, when don is about to override the lynch everyone becomes traitor but then the next day everyone is town again lol

Looks super dumb but you did a very good job balancing this set up. I do not like how you chose Civilians, because they're no fun for town to play with. That being said, I'm glad that you decided to literally bog down the town with a nice little set of other roles, so that Judge can potentially claim and lead D1 without Civs being the (not sitting) ducks they've always been. I feel as if this setup was made to pander to only the Don and the Judge for ultimate decision making which is dumb, considering there's six other players.
I enjoy how even the Don has to fish for his partners in this set, and, ultimately, the D1 lynch is in Mafia's hands, which makes this all an interesting little set.

these are the odds are every scenario by the end of n1. (if mafia survives d1)
1. one civilian and one traitor dead => 4/23
2. both traitors dead => 1/23
3. one virgin and one traitor dead => 4/23
4. both virgins dead => 1/23
5. one virgin and one civilian dead => 4/23
6. both civilians dead => 1/23 => mafia win
7. the judge and one civilian dead => 2/23 => mafia win
8. the judge and one virgin dead => 2/23 => mafia win
9. the judge and one traitor dead => 2/23
10. virgin lynched on d1 => 2/23

so basically If you mislynch on d1 there's a good 5/23 (about chance 20%) that mafia is going to win that night. the odds of mafia being lynched on d1 is also very high but not as high. but still town has the upper hand on d1 so I think it makes it balanced.
