It's dirty days in 1920's Chicago. The mafia's loose, and the villagers are freaking. The cops are just about thinking it's time to take gunning down the scum into their own hands, and the city's last detective's had to resort to stalkerish tendencies. All the mafia's got left after that are their trusty whore, and hiding as that one old lady who's been here since the war days and never the same since her husband died. Oh, and then there's a Serial Killer on the loose. Guess it's all a tough job for Chicago's last doctor.
