governor + crier are power roles whose only powers are that they can't be counter claimed. spy claims to their partner on day 1, up to them whether they try to signal back or not. Don't contact town players ever, there is no reason to do so and it just gives them more to work with. no bullshit night 1 kill, everyone gets a chance to play here.

I have heard the concern about it being townsided, but EV for the setup is 52% mafia win with no PRs being outed ever, so we'll see what happens.

It's not super townsided but if it's becomes a sort of pointfarm I'll replace it just in case. So far though, I think it's an OK setup to keep around. It's been really fun in the two games I've been in
