governor + crier are power roles whose only powers are that they can't be counter claimed. spy claims to their partner on day 1, up to them whether they try to signal back or not. Don't contact town players ever, there is no reason to do so and it just gives them more to work with. no bullshit night 1 kill, everyone gets a chance to play here.

Fun setup that often gets ruined by dumb criers and stupid governors. If you play this properly, it's usually easyish for town to win.
