i dont know anyone who watches gintama like that. i mean i know people who keep up with the show but it doesnt seem to be as prone to binge watching, partially because the storylines arent so much the focus as is it being incredibly hilarious. if you liked the show that much though then theres nothing wrong with binge watching it
its like how most classic animes, if you go to a review it will start out about how grand and emotional or incredible the anime is and how well it all comes together. a top review of gintama on MAL just starts out saying "have you ever laughed so hard you felt like you were going to die?" i think it shows the huge difference between gintama and most other anime.
also thats why i wouldnt consider it disappointing to watch it occasionally. it seems to be the only anime that you can enjoy, and enjoy a ton without really keeping up with every episode. i mean there is one piece and naruto, but those types of anime tend to be less humorous and more entertaining and action packed
Just watched Welcome to the NHK.
I think it's a pretty appropriate watch for most of the fuqing losers on here.
It hit pretty close to home for me.
welcome to the nhk is an incredible anime, i love listening to that theme song time and time again (opening i mean)
