In his defense, it's better than when he was a mod and called people the N-word all the time, so we're making quite a bit of progress over the years. It's just a shame that by the time he's my age, there'll be about 300 new bad words that he'll have to learn aren't okay to say anymore.

It's not about bad words. It's about publicly, vulgarly insulting other users as a moderator. Moderators are supposed to resolve conflict, not encourage it by demonstration.

If you didnt know this is the type of websites that some of the mods base their views disabledfeminists.com, let that sink in for a second. Boodler said it best "I would suggest they be banned for being such a neo-liberal cuck."
