Actually, they did a statistics thing the week the Overwatch open beta was available. Every game's user percentage went down by 15%. The only game that wasn't effected at all was Dota 2, because Dota players don't know that other games exist.
It may not be f2p, but it's definitely going to be a hit. People (including me) are throwing their money at Blizzard.
Then again, look at the Call of Duty community. The whole community are immature 20 year olds and sailor-mouthed children that used daddy's money to get a $60 game that's exactly the same as its predecessors.
Exactly! There are loads of toxic people (and Russians) in games like LoL or Dota 2, but because they're free and easily accessible.
Do you think people are going to act like d!cks in MOBA games that they paid for? No, because don't want to be banned from a game that they used money to play.

Higher price means lower toxic community imo. CSGO has awesome gameplay and mechanics but look at the community -_-, i'd say it's because of the low price. Just my opinion, though.
No, Ubisoft is the Apple of video games. They fart out whatever they can, and force people to buy their half-assed DLC's for more money. I'm not even a Blizzard fan girl, and I love Overwatch now!
I don't have a job and I could easily buy Overwatch with my birthday money.
