I am Golbolco. This is my dedicated spam thread where I post about things I consider important and speak to people in a public forum.

PERSONA DRAMATIS

I am a very super famous person on an online mafia simulator. My accolades are numerous, but I'm best known for my Golbultima setups, my news tabloid the Daily Drama Report (the concept for which I appropriated from Christopherzilla and deserve no credit for), and usurping Kenny as Sandbox owner in February of 2016.

I like to make roles and come up with new mechanics or items to potentially be implemented by Lucid into EpicMafia. I am also Lucid's official role mod.

Golbultima is a closed-roles, all-roles setup series I made in November of 2015 as an experiment. I do not and did not intend to troll people with it, I just wanted to see how it would play and if the roles had any kind of innate probability over other roles.

Daily Drama Report is a thread wherein I and anyone else who wants to join in can report on the latest happenings on the website or the "politics" therein. It also accepts posts of people being petty and causing problems for the sake of causing problems. Link: https://epicmafia.com/topic/76403

Golbamania is a mass expose/callout event named after Hulkamania, WWE wrestler Hulk Hogan's catchphrase whenever he challenged another wrestler. Ideally, Golbamania should never happen but sometimes people act inappropriate.

Star Wars is a space fantasy opera franchise created by George Lucas and currently owned by the Walt Disney Company. I liked Star Wars before it was cool™.

Culinary art is the art of preparing, cooking and presenting food. As an alum of Whataburger University, I consider it one of my greatest skills.

EpicMafia is an online party game simulator created by Phillip "Lucidrains" Wang. It's a good website.

I'm not picky about cereal, but I like raisin bran and froot loops the best. Also frosted mini wheats are pretty great.

The fondest memory from my childhood is hard. For reasons I'd choose not to say, I can't recall a good chunk of my childhood very easily. I think my favorite easily-accessible memory is when I was 12 and met all my new friends in middle school about the same day, and still have those friends to this day.

The objectively superior cupcake is red velvet.

This isn't an opinion thread. I hate doing opinions. If I don't elaborate enough on an opinion people won't like it but if I just state obvious facts about people it comes off as tacky.

Like I said on Skype, there are good people and bad people. As for my opinion on you, you're a good person. You're also pretty funny and have been helpful on some of my covert investigations, so thanks for that.

You're pretty cool, Warlock, and a professional Dangan player. Your memes are pretty CRAZY and I think some of the moves you've made in games are INSANE, but hey, at least at the end of the day you're not a complete PSYCHO, right?

You're a hilarious guy and you're fun talking to. Unfortunately we've fallen out of touch, mainly because of time zones and also (at least I imagine) that you're busy modding in the chatbox or doing reports or something. When you're free, though, come on into a Golbultima and cry when you roll templar.

There's a lot of those. My favorite EM meme is definitely anything that comes out of Jamal's mouth; the Clique, Jesse Williams, birthday tokens, 8 Inch Lynch, you name it. My favorite cringe meme is of my own design:

I'll also always be fond of Mr. Skeltal, even if I think it's been done to death at this point. I've done a lot of bonding and personal development around October and Halloween and Mr. Skeltal has often been present during the last few years.

Tycoon and RTS games are my passion (I like the mind games, in case you couldn't tell) but unfortunately I feel like there's not enough of them. TABS looks fun though and I'll definitely be getting the full version. The thing about Tycoon games is that there hasn't been an RCT2 or ZT1 in decades, and I desperately need one!

Dwarf Fortress is great and I promise to continue my thread soon! I'm just not very good :P I need to hone my skills before I can do a playthrough of it. I really like simulation games like The Sims/SimCity and whatnot; Dwarf Fortress is just hard mode SimCity.

I don't really care that much for plain jane FPSes (didn't care for the new DOOM, Overwatch was just okay) but the Valve games (Half-Life, Portal, Left 4 Dead, etc.) I love, in part because of nostalgia.

When it comes to games, I'm a bit of a masochist. I always go with the hardest difficulty, enable everything that I shouldn't, install the best vanilla-like mods to try and expand on the game's formula, all on the first try. Because of this, I have become a master at combining all of the variants and expansion packs of Settlers of Catan and winning at it, too. I'm also a completionist and a perfectionist, which makes it even better.

EpicMafia is a pretty fun game.

I'll play most things put in front of me, but I'm especially a big fan of the classics and their extensive libraries (NES, SNES, N64, Genesis, GameBoy, PS1, etc.), warts and all. The Legend of Zelda and Castlevania are especially favorites of mine.

I'm a fan of the *idea* of tabletop RPG games, but unfortunately I've never actually played any :/ my husband would be the guy to ask about those. I do enjoy a good RPG on a PC/console, though. The original Fallouts (and New Vegas) and the Knights of the Old Republic games I recommend highly.

Anything Star Wars is a plus; I already mentioned KOTOR, but I'm also a fan of Republic Commando and Empire at War, and especially the Dark Forces/Jedi Knight series. Did I mention Shadows of the Empire? The Force Unleashed was good and the sequel was okay. I'm disappointed that Disney shut down Lucasarts before they could make a third.

I have a lot of nostalgic memories of Minecraft but I've become very cynical about it in recent years. I do go back to play it sometimes though. Terraria is still nice because the development team aren't complete dolts and it doesn't try to be gimmicky or be something that it's not. I could write an academic paper about Minecraft's fall from grace, though.

Herredy, you're one of my favorite users on this site. You're so cheery and never bring bad vibes, which is great for a refresher when we've got so many cynics running around in here. If it wasn't for you then I would have actually worked to shut down that chat box. Everything you post is so adorable or happy and it warms my heart; or maybe that's the hormones.
