how does a setup get put up for comp or become comped?

After a setup receives 10 or more upvotes, it is available for red heart play

If you win, consider picking a closed roles setup. I've always wanted one of those as a comp setup, and there are quite a few good ones out there.

Also, how does a setup become ranked?
