If I were to spec your games and find that you do this on multiple occasions (remaining silent/not actively participating), then I would have to suspend you. Especially as town, remaining silent does not benefit you nor does it benefit the town. If you continue to do this you will be suspended and will eventually lead to a ban.

It's cool, we all make mistakes. It's just frustrating when it feels like you didn't get a chance to defend yourself. It's always a good idea to give someone a chance to defend in case they have a point to make.
