It's not from today, from the front page: All violations from before the new reporting system are going to be slowly reported and added to profiles by us so that all violations are in one place. Nobody will receive any punishments from this obviously. Any one-time offence in a category that is not gamethrowing, fakeclaiming, manipulation of code, cheating or outside game influence will be wiped to a clean slate.
