Take your wins with your losses. That is never get too worked up over a loss, you will win some, and lose others, that's just the way it is.
Never get emotional. Attacking others verbally is never a way to 'win' a game, nor to garner a healthy reputation. Respect gets Respect in this instance.
Learn from your losses. A loss really teaches you more than a victory ever can. The best look back on their lost games and they analyze what they did wrong, and can improve on next time. If you can't distinguish your own mistakes from your team-mates, maybe you shouldn't be playing a team game.
