Read the guy's decision.. it's absolute BS. He states that the contract fully complies with the CBA and then in the next paragraph says that since a playing age of 44 is unheard of, the contract must be circumvention. regardless, devils are already renegotiating. I'm just gonnna be waiting for the League to strip the Blackhawks of their Cup. seeing as the Hossa deal is extremely similar in all regards and the CBA states that a team must forfeit any games they played with a player whose contract circumvented the cap.
That would be cool....if we either don't lose Gallo and Randolph if we take Okafor's contract...or if we don't take Okafor's contract and lose one of them
