Posted in that forum you sent me. If I can make it I will, but I am traveling this weekend - so it might be next time.

That kind of environment is always going to exist. It's a game.

My only point in this entire argument is that you were wrong to ask someone to suicide for you. The rest of the game doesn't even matter to me.

http://www.epicmafia.com/topic/8700 .. This is the topic. I haven't commented on it, because as I said, I don't have the points, but when I do tonight, I will gladly continue this conversation on that thread.

If you cared about the integrity of the game you would help someone learn how to play it rather than berate them for a mistake. Unranked is full of new players, trolls, and suiciders, and it's not even close to a nurturing learning environment. You had ample opportunity to not only bounce back from a loss, but show an entire table you could still with a noob player as your partner and you chose the low road instead of the high road.

Even if he had janned the blue, you guys still would have been in almost an identical position. The only difference would have been the doubt cast on the tracker. But rather than running with the fact that all the PR's were outted on DAY 1, you manipulated a new player into suiciding for your benefit.

You tried to TRICK him into suiciding the first time, telling him "leave the table" "I just want to see if it works". When he didn't, you told him he should have janned, that he skewed the game, and that he had to suicide so you'd "forgive" him. Again, how is this not MANIPULATION? How can you justify this to me, or anyone else? If you want to cry about this and your reputation then take it to the forums. There's already been a thread about this there and sadly I couldn't take part in it from lack of points, I would have said everything I've just said there.

I would feel the exact same way, I'd be upset, I'd tell them exactly what I thought they did wrong, and help them improve. And then you know what else I'd do? I'd try and salvage the situation and scum hunt, because this is just a GAME after all. I wouldn't tell somebody to quit the table just because they made a MISTAKE. And what I was pointing out is, you gave up the moment he forgot to jan, and you considered the game lost, thrown, and skewed, when clearly it wasn't and you were just too lazy to even attempt to salvage the situation. You could have killed the BG, the next day would be 50/50 between Hunter and the real watcher, if Hunter died you kill the tracker, and you could have led the table. Instead YOU gave up, but rather than suiciding yourself, you had the new player do it.

If you truly knew how to play ranked you wouldn't cry so much over spilt milk and one mistake. Hunter actually CC'd the watcher and provided you both with ample opportunity to come back from the situation and even up the score, but your utter laziness and desire not to affect your win stats had you requesting someone to suicide. Stop trying to justify yourself to me.

Let's review your rules here on your profile. Learn the game? Okay, sure. How exactly is telling the janitor to suicide helping him learn anything. Instead of explaining what he did wrong and helping him you succeeded in making a new player feel like even more shit for a mistake that's easy to make. Respect others? How is it even CLOSE to being respectful you your fellow players if you request for someone to suicide DIRECTLY for your benefit? It was low, and I would have expected a lot better from you. The fact that you AREN'T running isn't a good reason to justify it, if anything it nulls the situation even more. If you were running it would make sense, you'd be desperate for points, but instead you first tried to trick that new player into suiciding and then told him he had to do it, so you'd "forgive" him.
