It took me till I was 13 to run a 5k in under 30! Good job!

Haha I know what a 10k is (: I ran a 7 minute mile when I was 10 to so you'll get there, just keep practicing.

The last 5k i ran I ran in 34 minutes came in 4th in my age group by 2 seconds and got 71st overall. Pretty much Every 5k I run I'm in the top 100. For the Santa Hustle I got 58th overall and 10th in my age group with a time of 23 mins.

I would run some more today but I screwed my knee up yesterday. -_-
