The last of the Mau.Keeper of Balance, and chooser of Fate. The Judge of All that exists. After what was once the longest running race of all time, the Mau turned on each other, themselves, and logic. Fighting ensued, ethics were shattered, homes destroyed. As if the World fell apart in a single night, the Mau were all brought to peace by that which had always led them to their true destiny, as the master race.

Before, in peaceful time, Present had watched over the Mau. Evil and Good. Safety and Chaos. All was in balance. All was as it should be. This was what fate had planned, and what Present had planned as Fate. The Mau brought upon their own fate. One which was unforeseen, and ultimately brought them down.

But a baron world is without balance. One day the Mau, or ones like it shall rise again. Being ever guided to their fate, by the watchful Present.
