That's irrelevant. It was lylo at the time (lynching a lurking townie does not contribute in lylo, where it might as a ML), and thats forum mafia which is played at a much slower pace (thus lurking is more likely to be intended). In EM lurking is for most accounts null, although I would agree on lynching a single lurker with an ML.
