The point of asking people to type out the report EXACTLY is to see if they can type it out EXACTLY and not just from general memory which they can only do if they have the report in front of them. When he fails to type the report out EXACTLY that should show that he's mafia. If he makes a typo that's his fault, especially when his CC typed it out right.
