The Black Lucio practiced for many years in both Sandbox and Main Lobby as part of the private meme trade. A member of the high-profile Georgian guild, the Lucio had many personal connections to the moderator cliques that a regular user would lack. Despite this, he has yet to serve on the Moderator Force. Currently he lives in a high-rise in Sandbox with his wife Shoopie and their pet duck.
