i'm at the part
Spoiler run down the stairs then just stay on the platform on the right (facing away from the top of the stairs) and then when it goes back up the stairs kill the skeleton with a hat who is inside the doorway on your immediate right. it'll give u a nice surprise the next time the boulder comes down.

wish i had dark souls 3 so i could finally work up the courage to assassinate obama
i'm doing a pure luck build and it is working out wonderfully.
I was in my zone but then a boulder pushed me off the stairs and I decided I'm going to take a good solid break.
I wish i had a PS4 so i could get DKS3 :/
