Also with the stance you have now, I will be making sure you hold this same energy every time u get into a form discussion.
When someone rightfully calls you a distasteful cun’t and a negative presence to humanity I sincerely hope you don’t bring up your mental illness, you being r/ped or your recent suicide attempt to garner sympathy
There's nothing really much left that's interesting to say about the main topic of this thread but I strongly disagree with this:
If you think this represents a new nadir in the way humanity values the sanctity of life I think there's quite a bit of history you've missed out on.
Less than 200 years ago you could find companies operating in Europe dedicated to sweeping the battlefields of the Napoleonic Wars for human remains to be ground up and used for fertiliser, for instance. As long as we've not been directly involved I think it's always been typical human behaviour to treat death in a sort of irreverent, flippant manner.
What social media has done though is to greatly expand the exposure and detail thereof of these sorts of events. The world has fewer and fewer secrets and it's easier than ever to distribute grizzly images without consequence. Our detached behavior simply gets highlighted more with greater exposure to deaths of people which don't directly affect us.
Imagine two people in their late 20s, maybe early 30s whose only accomplishments thus far have been a few epicmafia trophies and they are constantly a negative presence on the only website they have ever felt a little comfortable in
Now saying it’s good that a kid who made some mistakes as a /////teenager//// is dead
The same kid who has empowered many children and young adults to do positive in their lives and taught them from their mistakes
The group think/ mob mentality of twitter is a major cause for people with no real positive perspective on the world and of people to become ignorant. It’s also weird how normalized we’ve become to death. I don’t even have Twitter but minutes after he was shot one of my friends texted me the link if this dudes lifeless carcass in his car. Ppl legit no longer value life if exploiting it gets them a few followers
He never corrected his actions. He is a piece of trash. I hate when someone dies that people try to portray them as perfect. He assaulted a pregnant woman and there is probably a lowkey reason he got shot in the first place. Regardless he died so R.I.P
happy to see lacey and flygon finally bury the hatchet over the mutual celebration of death

He was showing signs of change, and taking initiative to do so all things considering, is a huge step in the right path. I don't defend what he did. I maintain he did not deserve to be shot at such a young age.
no bias. xxxtentacion stomped a gay dudes head in on a concrete slab, and he abused his girlfriend. He later corrected his actions and proceeded to spread nothing but love to anyone who needed it, and dedicated his life to helping the youth follow their dreams. you can't tear a man down for his mistakes when he spends his days and nights trying to undo those mistakes. while its important to know the severity of his actions, his commitment to america's youth cannot be ignored.

i bet the guy with another soundcloud rapper as his avi and a bio about lean is gonna be really unbiased when it comes to talking about this piece of sh/it lmao
everyone who's defending him read this account of what he did and then hmu if you're still comfortable calling him a nice guy who doesn't deserve for people to be saying he's in hell where he belongs. i'll wait.
why are people who don't know X talking about X? he spreads nothing but positivity and announced that he was going to host a charity event in Florida 3 hours before he was murdered. Just cause someone picks up 16 felony charges doesnt mean they can't change their life around, especially at the age of 20, and thats exactly what he did. Nobody should be going around saying that his death is deserved. rest easy X
he spread his positivity fist all over a gay man's face bcuz he was gay lol
just like your pops accidently spread his positivity with his groin rather than his mouth. you turned out great after 9 months.
