Oh wow well that's still cool! So I did the zip line today and OmG! It was a 5 hour course and so I just thought ok, the guy will talk , will get a break and then will zip line away! Not like that at all!!! It was like some military session! My hands are black and brown and I nearly had a panic attack st the beginning hhaah!! I was walking on ropes with unstable , moving planks , I had to jump like Tarzan at one point with a rope and fly all the way to the other side using all of my upper body strength.... let's just say it was define or you an experience and I got some workout
