You're one of the most morally guided players I've played with in a long time. If you want to report it, I'm really okay with it. I don't report players if they are not aware of making a mistake like in eman's case even if I win/lose because I want players to not be warned/banned. But I still think it's commendable you considered doing the right thing and if you still think you want to do it, then go ahead.
