Alright, I researched more after your past statement. Russia have signed up to the fourth Geneva Convention meaning that they must treat civilians humanely and they are protected against violence. This means that theoretically if the situation of war arised then you would most likely be fine

things like the syrian no-fly zone that prompt russia to start violating more of our rules and when they do it's used as an excuse to start conflict

also its not like we declare wars anymore, we just start fighting them. i think we joined one this past week

With a bit of research, I can conclude that the chances of war with russia would be slim, as congress has to pass a declaration of war, then the president needs to sign it. So, as long as your congress aint all dumbf*cks, you should live out your life without another war happening
